markowski

Markus Markowski (*1970), musician and soundartist, works and lives in Bremen (GER).
Starting as a Guitarist in the 80ies, he composed and played all kind of music in several ensembles
in the range of new jazz, hardcore, ethnic music to electronic music.

Since 1990 he worked on concepts for musical improvisation for several players
and developed experimental instruments.

In 2001 he began to work on computer music and experimented with soundsynthesis- and control-techniques.
Since then he played live concerts with self programmed software instruments using a multichannel sound projection,
also with prepared guitar as soundsource and to control software parameters.
